We will memorize and use your personal data including your address and E-mail only for the execution of your orders and for potential returnings. Your E-mail addresses will only be used for additional information concerning your orders and – in case you don’t contradict- for customer’s care and, if desired, for our newsletter.

Encoded transmission of personal data.
The personal data you will give while visting our website will be transfered encoded by SSL. This avoids any manipulation or bugging of data during transmission. The authenticity of the SSL-certificate is confirmed by GeoTrust.

No transmission.
We won’t give your personal data, including your address and E-mail to a third party, apart from partners, who need data transmission for order processing, like transport companies. In those cases, data transmission will be executed according to the clauses of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The data volume will be reduced to the necessary minimum.

Disclosure, adjustment, suspention and cancelation.
In the context of the Federal Data Protection Act, you have the right to disclosure and adjustment, as well as to suspention and cancelation of your stored data. In case of any legal, contractual, commercial or fiscal periods of record-keeping or other lawfully fixed reasons, there can only be a suspention of your data. Personal data will only be transmitted in the context of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and will be stored and arisen in the context of the German Informations- und Telemediengesetz (TMG).
